BIOS: download.asrock.com/BIOS/1200/Z590%20OC%20Formula(1.40)ROM.zip (I can’t post links)

I tried to change the variable at offset 0x0 in VarStore 0x38 (aDefaultSetupConfig) with datasone’s modded shell.

According to “Deathbringer” on a russian forum this variable gets overwritten by the aSetupDxe module and set to 0x0 when booting. Is there a way to force the module to write 0x1 instead?
