ASUS IX Hero - Update ME fw

Hi all.
I’m in the process to try update my ME engine from v11.8.50.3399 H to v11.8.71.3630 (CON H DA) on ASUS Maximus IX Hero Z270, latest bios (1301), i7 7700k.

1. Is this correct?
2. Are there any known issues?
3. Host Write Access to ME is Disabled. Do i need do follow Intel Flash Descriptor unlock guide first?

@MadMatt - if your ME FW is healthy, which it looks to be to my untrained eye, then you can simply use ME FW update tool and latest ME 11.8 FW to update me via Admin CMD Prompt (not powershell) >> FWUpdLcl -f update_file_name.bin
