Hi to all, I am new to this precious forum and I need your assistance.
I have an ASUS QM57 witch in the bios settings shows ME Version N/A,
The system can enter in bios settings but it stuck when it trying to boot from the hdd, Only if i disable Me subsystem can boot to windows or dos.
when booting to windows XP sometimes it restarts every 20 seconds.
I tried to flash it with FPT.EXE without any luck. (also says: PDR Region does not exist)
I took whole spi eeprom ic from a system that it working but with no luck, I must say that the other working motherboard is different revision.
I have an eeprom programmer.
attached bios file trying to flash… maybe corrupted?
Please help me.
Follow [Guide] Clean Dumped Intel Engine (CS)ME/(CS)TXE Regions with Data Initialization on the original dump of the problematic system and flash the 8MB output back via the programmer or via Flash Programming Tool (fptw -f outimage.bin).
one question, with ME engine disabled from bios settings will allow me to reflash the whole dump with ME region?
