For starters you need to accurately identify your motherboard version & revision.

Use the Asus EZ Flash 2 Utility method set out on page 3-35.
Before doing this prepare a FAT32 formatted USB 2.0 drive (32 GB or less) using RUFUS utility which you can find here:
Download the modded BIOS file and copy to the USB drive. (Nothing else should be on the drive)
Then follow the Asus EZ Flash 2 procedure.
Find or purchase a PCIe M.2 SSD adapter card & install a Samsung 950 Pro 256GB or 512GB M.2 drive which has the ROM embedded in the controlller.
Install adapter card with mounted M.2 SSD into a PCIe slot on the motherboard (check your manual for slot identification pg 2-2) In this case PCIEX16_2 or PCIEX16_3 as the first slot is usually a graphics card. Then install the OS.
