Asus p9x79 Deluxe pcie ssd versions?

Hi, I’m currently debating on 2 drives the Kingston HyperX Predator 400gb pcie or the Intel 750 (400gb) ssd pcie version. Seems like I have to mod to get the later one working while I heard the Kingston works right off the box. What do you guys think I should do?

I don’t feel comfortable injecting crap into bios and gpu bios modding and bios tweaking is as far as I go I OC, but memory OCing a bit too exotic and chaotic for me (random BSODs etc). Do any of you guys know a user with a copy already made or can make me a copy of the modified bios or just walk me through it. I’ve read the steps several times but seems like it could be different on every motherboard.

Welcome at Win-RAID Forum!

It depends on what you need/want regarding the performance/stability/endurance.

A module, which will give your X79 chipset system full NVMe support, is not crap in my eyes.
