The manual says that the WS C621E Sage supports an Intel Xeon Gold 6126, so I purchased a 6126F with Omni Path Fabric support hoping it would work. I carefully removed the nut on the motherboard that blocks the processor from being fully seated, but it just won’t boot. Motherboard boots with the nut off with a non-F CPU, so my hack is okay.
Can someone help me mod the BIOS to accept a 6126F seeing as how the motherboard accepts a 6126 it would make sense this could be possible.
