Have you applied the Patches to the ReBAR file you made?

GetLastError: 5 is common and is usually fixed by applying the patches.

Also, as you have USB3.1 you might need to apply a patch for that too

USB3 patches here depending on which CPU you are using

Have you tried to enter a ReBarState Value of 13 to set 8GB BAR size ?
