Bee-Link EQi12 - Failed BIOS flash, looking for help/advice

I have an EQi12 mini-PC which failed a BIOS upgrade and will no longer boot. I have the option of sending it back to China to get it repaired but am also investigating doing it myself as I have experience flashing router firmware.

I haven’t been able to find a teardown yet of this particular PC but am still looking. I see there are EEPROM bios programmers that use clips and do not require soldering. I do not have a steady hand so if soldering is required, I may not be able to do it. Curious if anyone has experience with these mini pcs or something similar who may be able to offer advice on my situation. Thank you.

The thing is, you need a complete firmware image, regions expanded, to program the bios SPI IC(s) with such programmers, that usually do not require desoldering it from the PCB other do need.
This image can be obtained from the vendor/oem support or you need a donor.

It seems Bee-Link is providing updates with complete firmware images. You’d need your own dump to recover machine specific information (if still possible).
