Bios edit problem

Hello everyone, happy New Year, I have a question here, there is an old host(tuf-b365m-plus-gaming,CPU type is Intel(R) Core™ i5-9400F CPU), need to install xen and vscode, but after the installation of xen hypervisor avx instruction disappeared, through communication with xen engineers, the answer is to update the microcode, the best choice is to update the bios microcode, through several days of research, Successfully modify the bios firmware to the latest version, and successfully flush the firmware(microcode latest) chip ,local ubuntu server system, as shown below

root@botao-System-Product-Name:/home/botao/Desktop# dmesg | grep microcode
[ 0.727829] microcode: Microcode Update Driver: v2.2.
root@botao-System-Product-Name:/home/botao/Desktop#

This means that I did not successfully update the microcode
Or do I need to update the microcode in my firmware as well as the microcode in my ubuntu system(Are the firmware and system updated at the same time)?

I then tested it on the latest version of vmware workstation:
lscpu
Mmio stale data: Vulnerable: Clear CPU buffers attempted, no microcode; SMT Host state unknown
Now I’m using afuwin plus /gan parameters for brushing.
AfuWin64 bios.rom /GAN

Does this mean that my firmware update did not succeed, or use the burner (CH341A)?
or need to start the microcode image file early in the system?

Please attach your bios (or post a link to it).
