Bios password unlock

Hi, I received a PC with a Asrock H81M-VG4 R2 for reinstalling Windows. When I started I realized that the BIOS has a password (to enter BIOS and BOOT menu) and the owner doesn’t know it even he put it

It is posible to blank or unlock password? Or directly blank the bios and flash it with a new fresh BIOS?
I have a DUMP of the locked BIOS.

Did your tried to use Clear CMOS Jumper (CLRCMOS1)?

I tried with the Jumper and battery with no effects. Today I Will remove the battery for more hours.

I Will let You know later how it went
