But if you do not need to unlock the entire BIOS, but only change one of the settings, you can just use the H2OUVE utility to manage them.

I don’t know how to do it. The switch in BIOS setting is only a step of enabling S3 support. S3 has security vulnerabilities due to which the manufacturer did something disabling this mode.
