Hi to all.

Some time ago Asus update bios of the G731GV notebook to v308. And right after that some functionality of ThrottleStop was stop working.
I start digging in to the last (v308) and previous (v307) versions of bios. I was dumped v307 & v308 bios on running system via AFUWINGUIx64 and start comparing them in AMIBCP.
I was found that only one option was changed in last version of bios (v308). It’s Overclocking Lock (from Disabled to Enabled):

So i think i need to change that option back to Disabled in my dump and flash it to make ThrottleStop work again. But will it work if I flash this dump via AFUWINGUIx64 (like in this post https://octoperf.com/blog/2018/11/20/asu…vi-bios-unlock/) or my notebook has some write protection (which must be disabled first)?

Also i was made a dump of original v308 bios according to Lost_N_BIOS instruction (Acer Predator Helios 300 (PH315-51-78NP) - Unlocked Settings) and get an Error 167:
