Hi all, I need some assistance with my laptop. It got bricked when a power outage occurred during a firmware update.
I erased the chip without getting a dump, the chip is a W25Q64JV, on the LAE892P motherboard. I have the CH341 programs 1.18, 1.29, 1.30 and 1.34, plus AS Programmer and the old Colibri, they all don’t have the option for JV chips, and the BV and FV options did not work. I cannot register on the Russian website where the new Colibri is kept, it keeps saying I’m getting the control question wrong.
Attached is the bin file that I was able to extract from the newest bios from Acer’s website, but it’s more than 8MB so too large.
Can someone assist me with a proper bin file for the chip and a link to the new Colibri that works on JV chips?
