can not update ME region on dump of dell

Hello gays

i have an dell E6530 i have dump the old bios from too chips one 8 mb and the second 4 mb and merge them and update the main bios but when i am trying to update the me region
it have a different size and it is giving errors on FITC .
the version of the me region is 8.1.0.1265_5MB_PRD_RGN and the size of it 7,48 mb and in the original dump it is 4.01 mb .
did any one have an idea
i can not upload the full dump i have upload just the 8 mb dump bios

In order to see the error myself I’ll need the dump of the 2nd SPI chip as well. Each attachment can be 6MB maximum so you can upload another attachment at your original post with the compressed 4MB image from the 2nd chip. I can them merge them myself and test the guide.
