Can you clone an existing Windows installation onto an NVME on Asus Rampage IV Extreme x 79?

I want to add an NVME. I already have windows setup on a drive. They are both 1tb. Can I clone or image the existing windows installation onto the NVME or do I have to reinstall windows?

Yes you could with any trusted cloning software

But usually it is recommended to fresh install a windows if you’re able to.
