Can't update modded bios, file size does't match

I tried adding the modded ACHI to my bios using the MMTOOL and when I save the file it says, saving unsigned file. Then when I go to upgrade my bios, via DOS it says can’t do it because BIOS sizes don’t match. I searched the threads and can’t find an answer.

Motherboard: M5A99FX PRO R2.0
AMD 3+

1. Which BIOS file did you try to modify? Please give us the direct link or attach it as ZIP file.
2. Which MMTool version did you use?
3. Which "modded AHCI" did you try to get inserted?
4. How did you do it?
