Hello everyone, as I have ordered CH341a black version programmer to unbrick my laptop bios chip winbond 25q128fvsg.
I came a cross a YouTube to find a video showing that this programmer has a failure manufacturing.
The CH341A programmer outputs 5 volts instead of 3.3 volts which from what I read online it burns or destroys your chip when programming it.
And one more question please, the package I ordered it also has 1.8v adapter, would it be safer to flash the -winbond 25q128fvsg - (if I have no choice) with the faulty 5 volts or with the 1.8v adapter?
Ps: my Winbond chip datasheet says it is 3.3 volts.
I just want to know if that is true to avoid this problem and in case to use another kind of programmer tools.
Thank you very much in advance.
