I’m currently trying to sort out some issues with modding my onboard RAID-BIOS. I’ve got a Soyo SY-K7V Dragon Plus! with BIOS 2BA9 which has an integrated Promise Fasttrak100 Controller. The controller is crippled as a 100Lite and I want to replace this with the normal FastTrak100 BIOS (2.00.0.24). Sounds like nothing special but I can’t get it to work. 
I used CBROM198, extracted the EPA-Logo and both PCI-Option-Roms, released the epa and pci stuff and added the FastTrak100-Full-BIOS (with modifed device IDs to fit the onboard controller) and the PCI ROM B and EPA logo.
I flashed the modified BIOS and the controller get’s somehow recognized (I can see it in the IRQ table after the initial BIOS screen) but I can’t enter the controller config utility (ctrl + f). This doesn’t show up anymore. I’m not sure where to look and how to get it working. Maybe someone with more experience could take a look at this…
