General speaking, no. It requires deep reverse engineering to all the code.
Unless you have a friend who worked on bios development, the required tools and willing to break is NDA.
in fact I have a “rampage iv extreme” and I would like to change the fan speed control menu to that of the “rampage iv extreme black edition” which is a little more complete.
