It’s some years I have Raid 0 SSDs; I changed various SSDs, cables, motherboards, OROMs, drivers, but sometimes I get data curruption.
I have cache write back enabled but it’s a desktop pc with no power failures; sometimes I have scandisk at reboot or I have to reinstall applications…
No ideas…
My idea: Check your PSU or replace it temporarily by another one.
That has already been changed, too… My PC’s components last about 1 year…
@ gpvecchi:
There are too many possible reasons for your issue.
You should check everything (Hardware, BIOS and Software) - one after the other.
When things go south I start with replacing the most easier to replace components that are seems to might cause the problem.
1st Try running memtest to check that memory is ok. Also if these are special type of memories (like DDR3 1600) check that the bios and SPD values are correct.
This is where i would start my tests. It might be a while while you’ll find the problem, but there are no shurtcuts when the problem cause is not clear.
