I have also managed to enable Intel AMT on my 7080mff with a CH341a programmer following guide [Guide] Clean Dumped Intel Engine (CS)ME/(CS)TXE Regions with Data Initialization . I am modding from BIOS 1.19.0 and surprisingly I didn’t have to bother about Platform Integrity related steps. I just followed the guide and flashed the modded dump back.
After flashing the modded dump back, I could enable MEBx hotkey under Manageability tab in BIOS settings. The entry of Intel AMT configuration menu will show up in F12 boot menu.
For those dealing with these Winbond W25Q256JV 16 pin BIOS chips on Dell computers, if you already have a CH341A flasher, the easiest way to pull the bios and flash is to complement the CH341A flasher with a 300mil SOP16 to dip8 Flash CHIP IC Test Clips BIOS Programmer Socket Adapter SOP SOIC SOIC16 Converter for 25 SPI Flash 25series. Like this one. There are more options on AliExpress, but they’re all pretty much the same. You just match up the dip 8 pin placement to the correct 16 clip locations/placements as indicated in the diagram/schematic posted by ksw520 in Feb 22.
