Dell E6410 (Intel QM57, ME 6) does not shut down in Windows 10

Hello to everyone!
I have Intel AMT Version: 6.2.61, Build 3535 AMT + Corporate/KVM with latest chipset drivers from ME topic and problem I want to fix is not being able to shut down my Dell E6410 with Win10. Fastboot in Win10 disabled, in Win7 everything worked great.
I have several questions I did not find answers for in ME topic.

  1. How do I choose correct version of ME System Tools? What is IBX or CCK?
    ME 6 Ignition IBX
    For ME Ignition IBX v6
    ME 6 Ignition CCK
    For ME Ignition CCK v6.0.50

  2. To what version I can update my ME 6 firmware?

  3. There are instructions\examples how to update ME firmware for CSME v13+ and CSME v12, but not for ME 6. So how to do it?

  4. What are risks if something goes wrong with ME firmware updating? Bricking laptop? In case you don’t have a flash programmer and do not want to disassemble laptop and unsolder bios chip.
There is no info about this in the topic. Mitigation techniques? For example keep battery charged and working and probably some information for vendor specific emergency ME firmware recovery procedures like “Insert FAT32 formatted flash drive with specific files in USB port and press some key combination”.

  5. “If a SPI/BIOS image is not available, run FWUpdate tool with parameter “-save fw.bin” and load the resulting “fw.bin” image into ME Analyzer instead.”
I did not find -save parameter in FWUpdate tool in ME Tools for ME 6 IBX r2.

  6. What to do with this? (text below)
