hi so ive got 2 dell laptops that behave exactly the same i.e when you reset bios (unplug bios battery and main battery) laptop auto start (thats normal for dell )and battery charging light stay on, after about 10 sec laptop power off and you cant do anything no reaction for power button , and battery light stay on ,and for a sec flashes and keeps on… when the light flashes you can actually power on laptop … after 3 times (dell usually reset 3 times before showing pictures) i was able to enter bios , but when i turn laptop off , its all over again
