There is three version is in there, 1.0.0, 1.16.1 and 1.25.0(Latest)

Is there anyways to change pl1 to something like 20w? It is getting PL1 on throttlestop on 65c, that is absurd. The default PL1 is 15w, and changing it on throttlestop seem to be miss and hit. The hwinfo recognized it. but it is still getting limited. Is there any solution?
edit: the overclocking work seem to only work for 1.17 below cuz of the intel plumbervolt exploit getting fixed on that version. So 1.16.1 should be the sweet spot
