Dell Latitude alter smbios entry

Dear All,

I just started to look into bios mods and needs some pushes in the right direction.

I have a Dell latitude laptop i5 8th , with Intel ME 11.8.
I have successfully dumped the bios with fptw64 V11 r31.
I can open the Bios In UEFItool NE alpha 57

I would like to alter some of the data for example the serviceTag and Chassi Types.

Is this possible ?

@Lost_N_BIOS do you think it is possible?

Reason is that we want to have our own product and serial numbers on those laptop.
