2 options for fixing
"Files\AMD\VBIOS_List_vbios.txt"
1 - disabled (#) line with "Van Gogh"
or
2 - temporarily replace “vbios_163F.dat” with "_List_vbios.txt"

Edit:
Fixed in 1.79.12

Two RKL modules, in case you don’t have them. It seems that Drvver needs an update.

ubu.rar (163 KB)

First of all, thanks a lot for the effort. I used the tool, and so far, no complaints and everything I did, it worked and flashed the updated BIOS. Then I had a look at the MCUpdate.txt file that I downloaded from the linked MEGA repository and found this lines:

# Latest
306C3 1150\cpu306C3_plat32_ver00000028_2019-11-12_PRD_DBD4CFD1.bin
# or non-K
#306C3 1150\cpu306C3_plat32_ver00000007_2013-01-21_PRD_4F685CCF.bin

About the commented out line, what’s the purpose of that, can I find some info about it ? What if I replace one with the other ?

v17 - RKL? Strange…

Edit:
Updated DrvVer, but I have it recorded as TGL.

@westlake

Try 1.79.12.1

@SoniX

The PCH/SoC of 400-series is Comet Point (CMP) but the PCH of 500-series is Tiger Point (TGP). Rocket Lake (RKL) works at both 400 and 500-series. Tiger Lake (TGL, CPU) is not the same as Tiger Point (TGP, PCH/SoC). When it comes to the TGP PCH/SoC architecture, we have had only LP platforms so far (TGP-LP). The H platform will be introduced with the 500-series boards (TGP-H).

bump for #1562 in case it got missed.

OROM Intel Boot Agent GE - 1.5.84

1.5.84.png

BIOS file

@westlake

OROM is in the second BIOS, in order to replace it you need to split the main BIOS file into two.
Use Splut from EDK2

1
2
3

split -f <main BIOS> -s 16M

Replace the required modules.
Then combine 2 BIOS files into one.
1
2

copy /b <BIOS part1>+<BIOS part2> <maub BIOS>

I’m using UBU v1.79.10, trying to modify this BIOS: http://www.huananzhi.com/html/1//184/185/380.html (Download link: http://www.huananzhi.com:8080/driversdow…12-6%20BIOS.rar )

However, UBU reported a strange version number for the network: "OROM Realtek Boot Agent GE - LIDv"

What’s the reason of this?

@bsdko

Do not pay attention. This is the same OROM, just another match was found in the file for the version

#1592 - There are a couple of ideas. I’ll think about which one to implement.
#1594 - fixed

EFI GOP Driver Unknown - Unknown
(17.0.1039?)

IntelGopDriver.rar (65.9 KB)

GOP 18.0.1034 (I think). This is for Jasper Lake (JSL), the successor of Gemini Lake (GLK).

JSL.rar (55.1 KB)

I noticed that the Gigabyte A520I AC has unusual network drivers.
Different version and also the old version 1.37
What’s that got on with it?

Hi there, I downloaded the latest UBU 1.79.12.1 and started using it to update a BIOS file, when
I went to look at changing the CPU code this fault showed up, what am I doing wrong here?
