I want to downgrade bios, I had luck that last bios didnt mess completely with os but is very slow, cpu runs with luck at 30% but disk usage got so high that lags whole system without even doing nothing. Fan works luckily good and my computer doesnt heat but i want to know how to downgrade if posible i have the most new one F.37A and if posible for the original BIOS, also it is posible to make a backup if the bios doesnt boot corectly?
If you have a preconfigured flasher for this one or a customized bios done please share here.
If not please help me do it manually
