My system is extremely sluggish. Using a piece of software called “LatencyMon” (http://www.resplendence.com/latencymon), it’s showing crazy-high DPC’s and ISR’s.
Is there a “targeted” way to find the culprit, rather than uninstalling software/hardware until it seems to get better?
It would be a good idea to put the main system components and the used OS into the signature.

I tried updating it, but the signature isn’t showing. Anyway, here it is:
[EDIT: nevermind – I didn’t realize signature wouldn’t be retroactively inserted into past posts]
You probably have forgotten to hit the "Save changes" button after having edited your signature.
@ Coldblackice:
Thanks for your system details.
Questions:
1. Has it always been "sluggish"? Is it a new system/configuration?
2. Did you install any special application, which may drop down the performance of your system?
3. Which Antivirus tool do you use?
4. With wich SATA mode is your system drive (the Samsung SSD) running?
5. Have you created a RAID array? If yes, which one?

1.) Nope. It’s seemed like it’s been gradually getting more sluggish over time, but it’s suddenly seemed much more pronounced lately, and I’m not sure why. The only new configuration has been disconnecting a storage drive (it was the WD Red 3TB drive that was causing the iaStor controller timeouts!).
2.) No special apps installed. In fact, I even removed some apps that seemed to suddenly have high CPU + disk use, like Everything Search (VoidTools), Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebytes, Sandboxie, Catalyst Control Center + AMD drivers, RadeonPro, and some others. But it’s still seemed sluggish.
3.) I’m using MSE + Malwarebytes. I uninstalled them both to see if it’d help, but it hasn’t. So I reinstalled them.
4.) AHCI, using 11.2.0.1006.
5.) No RAID array, ever.
Could bumping up to 11.7+ driver possibly help anything, or no? What about USB controller drivers or any of the other chipset/north bridge/south bridge hardware drivers – should I have any of those updated to a specific driver?
In LatencyMon, a curious bit of information the final report shows is that USBPORT.sys + ACPI.sys + tcpip.sys are the ones that cause the highest DPC count/wait-times. Is there anything I could try remedying with these?
Other things that I wonder if might cause possible issues:
-a connected Logitech 9000 webcam (though not in use), with Logitech SetPoint installed
-Process Lasso (https://bitsum.com/processlasso/)
-Everything Search (http://www.voidtools.com/)
-Windows Firewall Control (http://www.binisoft.org/wfc.php)
-Catalyst Control Center (with AMD External Events Utility service running)
-Listary (http://www.listary.com/)
-RadeonPro (http://www.radeonpro.info/)
-uTorrent
-Actual Window Manager (http://www.actualtools.com/)
-USB Analyzer
-USBDeviceShare
None of these appear to cause any problems by themselves, and I’ve been using all of them for a long time now – but just in case you know of any problems or interference any of them may cause.
