Driver for ACER M3203

Hello
Excuse for my english.
I have a M3203 acer aspire pc with windows XP 32B SP3.
I bought a SSD Samsung 850 pro and I wish modify the bios for working in AHCI or raid mode.
I have a bleu screen when i change the mode. I think I have a driver problem.
With native ide the controleur is Ven_1002&dev_4390.
Do you know where can I find theses drivers?
Bests regards

@ carbon18:
Welcome at Win-RAID Forum!

You will automaticly get a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), when you change the SATA mode after having installed the OS.

Your Acer PC obviously has a mainboard with an AMD SB7xx Chipset. You will not need to load/integrate/install any AMD SATA driver as long as you run the SSD in IDE mode, because Windows XP has a compatible in-box MS IDE driver.
If you want to run the SSD in AHCI compatible RAID mode, I recommend to create a Windows XP CD with integrated "32bit AMD SBxxx AHCI& RAID Driver v3.3.1540.33 for XP mod by Fernando" and to reinstall the OS from scratch after having chosen the appropriate IDE mode (AHCI or RAID) within the BIOS. You can find the driver within the start post of >this< thread.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Dieter (alias Fernando)

Thank you very much for your drivers.
now I have to look after a floppy drive for testing
