What do you mean by "clear"?
Pre production firmware, if it was meant to clean according to [Guide] Clean Dumped Intel Engine (CS)ME/(CS)TXE Regions with Data Initialization : I can’t find pre-firmware in 11.0 repositiry. Afaik it can’t be replaced by production if running on pre hardware?
Please download Intel ME tools v11 and attach the output of MEInfo -verbose
Open your SPI image dump with a hex editor, select the block 0x0C9000 - 0x207000 and replace it with the contents of the attached "MFS_Clean.bin" file.
