Edit Microcode file

Is it possible to hex edit the microcode and change a value ?

That’s a quick, easy, and firm NOPE Only Intel can do that
You can’t decipher any of it to know what to change to anything anyway, except the header and other “General Info like file size, header, version, date etc”
