How To Create Intel® Active Management Technology KVM Solutions
The BIOS version is 1.91. I can access to MEBx and connected by MeshCommander, the problem is there is no KVM option.
Make sure that your Chipset and CPU are vPro capable via Intel ARK. If they both are, follow [Guide] Clean Dumped Intel Engine (CS)ME/(CS)TXE Regions with Data Initialization on your dumped SPI image. During Step 6, adjust any AMT settings you like at “ME Kernel” (MEBx Hide) and “AMT” (AMT, KVM etc - don’t forget TLS at the bottom) tabs on the left.
Did everything as per above, but MEBx (Ctrl+P) still not active, neither in F12 menu.

Hi @MeatWar , @bluewinder
As I understand Optiplex 5060 has i219V network card integrated (instad of required i219LM), how is it possible to enable MEBx?
update: got my understanding a bit updated, so non-KVM AMT could be possible /w the above.
