What are you trying to do exactly and at what BIOS/SPI or ME image?

First, make sure you follow the cleanup guide properly (to the letter) as from the pictures I’m not sure that’s the case (no SKU at the top, wrong filename at ME input etc). Now, the BootGuard warning is normal (can be enabled/disabled from FITC settings) and the ICC error is because there is one “Unknown” setting at “ME Region > Configuration > Integrated Clock Controller > Default Lock Enables Mask”. I don’t know what option you need for your system but set it to “0:Default” and it should be fine.

i test allready sir, and it work, as you said the ICC , defaulf enable lock mask set to 0:defalult.
