Extract .rom/.bin file Asus BIOS file

Can someone help me extract .bin/.rom file from the BIOS file. One file is for updating from windows and other way is by putting in on a pen drive and then flashing via BIOS.
I am unable to post ext link here and since the file is 10MB each, I am unable to upload it either.

As an alternative, you can just mention the model of the motherboard and the build version of the BIOS.
