It looks like 3950X on 570 is the fastest solution.
Currently i am on TR1 1950X - ASrock x399M.
Interested in 2990WX and 3990 ones.
Please post your results and thoughts.
I would say instead an overclocked Ryzen 3 3300X is the fastest AMD CPU for Windows 7, at least in general everyday use.
