I Just bought a Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 from best buy for 400$ discount. The battery life on this laptop even with the dedicated GPU turned off, lowest brightness, and battery saver on, is horrible. It has a 13th Gen I5-13500HX, which to my knowledge is able to be under volted/under clocked, however, when I go into the intel extreme tuning utility, it says “overclocking is disabled on this device”. I believe this is because acer has disabled overclocking/underclocking/undervolting in the bios. Is there a way that I can get a firmware specifically for this laptop to be able to underclock in the bios? Thanks!
