i tried to put the bios file on the me analyzer but it says
File does not contain Intel Engine Firmware

Almost every time MEA is right, it is an almost perfectly working tool. And for some very old bioses it is completely fine to have no ME region, too.

If you have a question:

  • Providing more information is almost always no fault
  • A more precise error description- maybe a pic of the screen- is helpful, too. (What does ‘stuck on bios’ mean?)
  • In addition a link to mentioned files / firmware / … could help to get more answers.

This is an old 2009/2010 Core 2 Duo base machine with a Phoenix bios and nForce chipset, it has no Intel ME to fix.
