GA-X99P-SLI and Tesla P40 problem (Above 4G?)

Hi there, I’ve looked around for enabling “Above 4G” on GA-X99P-SLI (bios ver F24B), and as far as I can see - there is only a string. Anyway, there is “PCI 64-Bit Resource Allocation” option which is enabled by default, but still, when I insert Tesla p40 - the mobo wont post, even in around 20 seconds powers off and after that (with another GPU) can be started only if i clear the cmos. The same GA-X99P-SLI is working with 3 tesla p4 without a problem. Do you think the Above 4g can cause that? Any other teaks in the BIOS settings to suggest?

Thanks in advance!

Not primarily… more vbios/efi GOP issue or the board incompatibility with this gpu card model… workstation range, my POV only, wait for other users.
