Can you guys show me where in this file I can change the power limit from 90 to 100? I tried MobilePascalTDPTweaker over on Github but I don’t think it’s compatible with RTX cards.

Your mainboard BIOS has nothing to do with the VGA Option ROM (vBIOS) of your graphics card.
find another vbios - same device id "different subsystem"

and need custom drivers all time or better mod – results is HALF/WORKING notebook
and need stronger PSU / EC FW - next modding or come only next power problems / performance drops
