In the BIOS there was the possibility to access or turn off the hpet (High precision timer) which is now gone, someone can modify the BIOS f15 or f17b to disable it, thanks.
Use AMIBCP 5.x, change access to USER instead of default ONLY, do not touch the FailSafe/Optimal options.
I have no idea how to use the program and what file to open and how to save it and then install , I tried to open the BIOS .17b, I did as you said but when I install it tells me that it is not valid, and after changing it in the program if you try to reopen you no longer see anything just unnamed boxes
The use of bios mod files is USER OWN risk, ensure that ur willing to take it, bc as always, the probability of system failure is present.
Its mod file so its common errors.
[Tool] EFIFLASH v0.80/v0.85/v0.87 FOR GIGABYTE MOTHERBOARDS
EDIT: No, not in the AMIBCP 5.02.0031.
In bios option will be available to Enable/Disable
is it normal that after modifying the BIOS with the program once saved and then reopened the boxes are unnamed?
done thanks, Last question putting , Is it now disabled by putting USER? or must it appear in the BIOS to disable it?
I did everything as you say and there is no enable and disable High timer resolution (Can not see it)
