I don’t know what to do anymore,tried doing E6 method but it still showing Error-26.

Restore the stock BIOS, do a clear CMOS, remove all power (AC + Battery) for 1 minute and check if “MEInfo -fwsts” reports a correct ME state. If not, you’ll have to follow other steps of the FD unlock guide such as E1 or E7.
