Couple hours ago I received a weird multi alpha numeric code via text. At first I didn’t recognize the format but an hour later it occurred to me that it was a UUID hexadecimal code that you see in UEFI tool in start of each volume or ffs file. This one starts with E8BC4C8B-3024-4F60-9ACD. Not sure the intention of this text as no one knows my cell phone number online or here or would send me a volume identifier via text! Weird!
Bootloaders of modern phones use efi structure. The message might be a weird way to request telemetry data.
