The XP Setup message "The file iaStor.sys is corrupt" indicates, that you tried to integrate or to load a 64bit driver for a 32bit OS. That does not work!

Which "panasonic driver" do you mean? According to my knowledge the Company Panasonic has never built any AHCI/RAID Controller and never compiled any AHCI/RAID driver.
