Guide Intel® Gigabit CT Desktop Adapter to support Uefi+pxe combo boot (windows 11 x64)

1)Download preboot.zip from here:
PREBOOT.zip (9.5 MB)

2)extract it and then in the folder exist again a zipped file with the same name (preboot) unzip it also.

3)Go in …\PREBOOT\PREBOOT\APPS\BootUtil and copy BootIMG.FLB in the …\PREBOOT\PREBOOT\APPS\BootUtil\Winx64\ folder

4)open a cmd with admin rights and run install. (cd C:..\PREBOOT\PREBOOT\APPS\BootUtil\Winx64 and target the install bat file))

5)Open again cmd and run: bootutilw64e -up=combo -all -FILE=BootIMG.FLB (run after you target with the cd command the bootutilw64e file)

6)Follow the instructions:

Programming flash on port 1 with flash firmware image
Create restore image of NIC 1 before proceeding? (Y)es or (N)o: Y
Y

Updating PXE+EFI removes PXE functionality.
Would you like to continue? (Y)es or (N)o: Y

7)restart pc

8)Open a cmd with admin rights and run uninstall. (cd C:..\PREBOOT\PREBOOT\APPS\BootUtil\Winx64 and target the uninstall bat file)

9)You have and intel ct with latest firmware that supports both uefi boot and legacy.
