You are all receiving this notification based on your previous interest in improving Machinist X99 B9 / X99D4M4. I am proud to announce that this very ok-ish motherboard finally has a very decent BIOS available that works with the problematic XMC flash chip. In essence:
- Follow the instructions in the above post, and put together a “D1_M2_Bx” BIOS
- Optionally if you want TPM 2.0 working, then follow the instructions in this post (only hardware part, do not use the older BIOS anymore)
