Hello and welcome! From my point-of-view, your question is 100% relevant and perfectly aligned with what I am doing myself: Save some money on a cheap platform, to then put more money in the GPU. I think I will start with these statements
- The V3 and V4 Xeons do not have an iGPU, hence there is no GOP for them
- There are very few dual CPU boards that have a GPU integrated on the motherboard, typically a VGA output
I am however quite sure that your problem can be solved quite easily
- Disable CSM, and your new GPU (9060 XT) can be detected properly
- This was indeed the findings/rebuttal in this video
So if I was in your position, I would do the following
- With your existing BIOS, try disabling CSM
- If that works and you have an external programmer, try the original BD4 BIOS (full flash including ME). This is based on chipset information from this page
- Lastly if the original BD4 works, try my modded BD4 BIOS (partial flash, only the BIOS region)
I do not speak Russian or Portuguese, and a lot of X99 related information is in these languages. But modern technology makes translation very easy these days, some YT videos are auto-dubbed even.
