An alternative option is to use Intel FPT.
When I use fpt it gives this error.
Error 167: Protected Range Registers are currently set by BIOS, preventing flash access.
Please contact the target system BIOS vendor for an option to disable.

Yes, I saw your postings on technopat forum. But have you thought about that the Protected Range Registers can be disabled? Create a request and then someone will take care of modifying + flashing your BIOS.
