H2OSDE cant change SMBIOS String values on insyde v1.26

Hi, I’'m new here
So i downloaded and use both H2OSDE EFI Shell on usb and .Exe for window. It changed until I reboot and all values change back to old one. Is any other way for me to change those values ? I tried all 3 versions of H2OSDE but still got same result
