[HELP] 1270V5 Z170 and H170

Hello all,

I have a question to ask about a CPU I already own. Would it be possible to make a E3 1270V5 to work on either of these two motherboards?

1. Asus Z170 Maximus Hero 8
2. Gigabyte H170 Gaming 3

1.Use 3802 for M8H and F20 for H170 Gaming 3;
2.Follow [Guide] Clean Dumped Intel Engine (CS)ME/(CS)TXE Regions with Data Initialization downgrade ME FW to 11.0.0.1194;
3.When you using Flash Image Tool, before build, set Reserved to Yes in ME Kernel.
4.Flash via SPI Programmer.

@dsanke Thank you for your reply! Wow! I did not realize it would be possible to use Xeon procs on consumer Z170 and H170 chipsets. It seems like I have a fun project to look forward to this weekend.
