[Help] Adding memory dividers >4133 to Z170/Z270 boards

Using a modified Apex X bios and a Coffee Lake cpu, an HWBot user managed to use the 4400mhz memory divider successfully on the Apex IX, a Z270 motherboard. Another user got his Teamgroup kit to run its 4500mhz XMP on an Apex IX, and is testing 4700c14.
My hope is to get >4133 memory dividers working on the Z170M OC Formula and the Z170X SOC Force LN2.
I would think that the first step in getting this to work would be to find whatever is present in the Apex X bios that is not present in the Apex IX bios that allows higher memory dividers to work, and seeing if it can be ported over to an Apex IX native bios.
